Nanny Essentials I Training Curriculum

The Nanny Essentials I Training Curriculum was developed by the Nanny Training Institute (NTI) and its expert consultants in the late nineties. The second edition, released in 2005, includes the most up to date information on child development, effective communication and building relationships with families.

As an agency, you may purchase the curriculum to deliver to nannies and parents at your site. The comprehensive training package includes :

• Program Implementation Guide, including logistics, timeline, participant recruitment, budget development
• Trainer's Curriculum and PowerPoint presentation slides
• Two corresponding Training Videos on 10 Things Children Need & Shaken Baby Syndrome techniques
• Participant Training Manual, corresponding training manual, including handouts and worksheets for participants (one bound copy & on CD rom —printed and bounded copies may be ordered)
• Nanny Essentials Kit, for the trainer (additional Kits may be purchased in multiples for participants). Including the course text and resources
• Grading of 10 Exams by NTI (all exams must be sent to NTI for scoring)
• Promotional flyer, provided electronically for you to customize and recruit participants
• Website listing, NTI will list your agency on our website to help potential customers find you
• Technical support, ongoing relationship with NTI to answer your questions about the curriculum

Nanny Essentials Kit

The Nanny Essentials Kit is an excellent resource for nannies and their families. You may be interested in purchasing the Kit for your resource library. The Kit may also be purchased in multiples—for pricing, please call toll free, 800-777-3138.

If you have purchased the Nanny Essentials Curriculum, it is recommended that you provide the Kit to your training participants. Agencies offering the training receive one Kit included in the cost of the curriculum, but can purchase additional kits for their training participants in multiples at a reduced trainers rate.
