Workplace Wellness Program
As an entity of Adventist HealthCare, the Your
Advocate program offers customized workplace wellness products that
stand alone or can be combined with other work-life and EAP services. Delivered
by a team of professionals, Advocate wellness services help employees to
become educated consumers of health information.
Advocate motivates employees to engage in healthier lifestyles by delivering health services and information right to their office door.
An Account Executive can assist you in designing your workplace wellness program, and will coordinate the delivery of wellness services. Some of the services offered by Advocate and Adventist HealthCare include
Service Coordination – Advocate offers to coordinate your wellness services pulling together the tremendous resources available through the umbrella of services offered by Adventist HealthCare.
Program Communication – Advocate believes strongly in program promotion and outreach. To ensure that all eligible employees and family members understand the kind of support available through Advocate, we provide a variety of communications describing our programs and how to access services. Online Services – Where appropriate, your employees will be given access to online tools and the weekly Wellness Tips email service to help support them in their wellness efforts. The Advocate website has a library of articles on a wide range of wellness topics.
Utilization and Health Data – With confidentiality being the highest priority, Advocate communicates program utilization to the employer on a quarterly basis using demographic data only. Following screenings, Advocate provides a summary of the results to help you further shape your health programs and administer incentive programs.
Employee Feedback – Following the implementation of your wellness program, and after each wellness seminar, Advocate will solicit staff feedback as a way of assessing access to, communication of, and quality of services delivered. We also want to evaluate the influence the services have on motivating employees to pursue healthier lifestyles.
