The administration of our coaching program works similar to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Employees are offered a toll-free number to contact a specialist who will briefly assess their needs and identify and set them up with an appropriate coach. The coach will arrange to meet with the employee, or discuss over the phone the employees concerns and personal goals in depth. The coach will then recommend a combination of telephone and in-person sessions to conduct the wellness work needed to achieve the identified goals. Coaching is confidential.
