Geriatric Care Management	In-home assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of an aging or elderly dependent and recommendations to support their independent living.
Ask the Parenting Expert	These question and answer sessions allow employees to make inquiries on specific issues they face, signing up for 10 minute time slots.
Summer Camp Fair	An informal way for employees to take away resources and information about summer camp / program options for their children. They are usually held during January or February.
Parenting Fair	Set up as a resource room, employees gain exposure to various programs and tools to help them as parents.
Workplace Seminars (Learn More)	Choose from more than 100 relevant topics to deliver sought-after information to your employees. Seminar topics range from stress management to effective communication to financial planning to nutrition to balancing work/life.
Executive Coaching	A coach guides and supports middle, upper and executive level managers develop essential skills of leadership.
Wellness Coaching (Learn More)	A coach develops personalized, easy to follow action plans for individuals whose wellness is compromised by any issue such as lack of exercise, weight, high blood pressure, or lifestyle issues.
Nanny Training Institute (Learn More)	Resource Kit - for Nannies and the Family. Nanny Essentials Training – one or two day professional development courses and competency exam. Nanny Panel – a forum for parents to determine if a nanny is right for their family.
Parent Coaching	Through email, parents are able to pose questions to a parenting expert where they can receive guidance, resources, and coaching for developmental, behavioral, and placement issues.
Pet Care Resource & Referral	Resources on selecting an appropriate veterinarian; information on and referrals to pet day care programs and/or back-up care for vacations; and information on finding the right pet for your family.
Strategies Consulting	Worksite assessment and recommendations (e.g., feasibility of on-site childcare, assessment of family-friendly policies, consulting on how to become an Employer of Choice)
Ergonomics Services	A variety of services, including Individual Workstation Evaluations, small group Ergonomics Trainings, one hour “Deskercise” Seminars raise awareness of worksite health and safety so employee can proactively prevent injury and physical stress on their bodies.
